Refund & Exchange Policy

Any unstitched item bought from our online store is eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, includes all parts, and remains in original packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 7 days.

We only allow returns or refunds if the product received is damaged. Slight color differences from the product images (due to lighting or screens) are not considered defects, as these are normal production variations. However, if you're unsure about a possible defect or have a concern, feel free to contact us and we’ll try our best to help.
