Shipping Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after being placed on our website.

PostEx COD is used as our main courier service for deliveries across Pakistan.

Important Note

Customers are informed that under COD rules, parcels cannot be opened before the payment is made to the courier.

You may only return the order after full payment and confirming receipt with the delivery person.

For returns, notify us after payment. Then, return the item to us at your own shipping cost for an exchange or refund.

Please avoid asking the courier to open the package before payment, as it’s not allowed under COD policy in Pakistan.
